The hotel was close to the Arena and the RER access was convenient, making it ideal for concerts or shows. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner, the bathroom cleanliness was average, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, and it was inconvenient for drying hair. The hotel was very noisy, with the train station below.

The location was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, but the bathroom lacked cotton, cotton swabs, and the shower joints were black. The RER noise was also an issue.
