The hotel had a small shop that stocked everything you could forget and even offered snacks and food. Every day we found our room clean. The elevator could only carry one person at a time.

The surprise was super pleasant. The café was a 1000‑point experience, even better than the higher‑rated cafés I’ve tried in Rome. I didn’t dislike it, but you can’t walk to Termini, especially at night, and the area doesn’t feel very safe. It might just be my impression.

The welcome and efficiency were excellent.

The location in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood is great, and the staff are friendly and courteous. The value for money is fair. The breakfast items ran out and weren’t replenished quickly, and the cutlery and glasses were also slow to be replaced.
