The location is indeed nice! The room and bathroom are not charming, a sad design: more like a mishmash of different styles, absolutely no Scottish vibe… very overpriced and definitely not worth 5 stars! The reception at check‑in was also very chaotic… and especially not friendly!

Cozy atmosphere with fire places roaring at night and very comfortable beds, but there are two buildings and you have to walk outside to get to the other; it’s not a long walk, but when you’re out all day in the rain you don’t want to go back out.
