“Tutto perfetto !”

The property was very clean and detailed, and the owner was very kind, letting us arrive a bit earlier because the room was free and giving us many travel tips. We could park inside, and the room had everything we needed, including an air‑conditioner and a fan. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and clearly new. The room was quiet, and we slept well. For breakfast we could choose between two cafés, all good and all very friendly. The location was excellent for staying there or for exploring Sperlonga, covering half of our trip. If I ever return to that area, I’d go back to Franco, and I wish more people like him ran the BB.

The place is beautiful, set in a peaceful area, and extremely clean; Franco, the host, is very helpful and friendly, and we had a car issue that he tried to assist us with in every possible way. Nothing negative.
