Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room facilities match the website photos exactly; the room is quite large and overall comfortable. It’s close to PX Mart, making shopping convenient. Though it’s near a road, it’s not noisy. The corner of the room had a spider web, which, while not obvious, was a bit bothersome. The air‑conditioner is not very responsive, so it takes a while to reach the desired temperature.

The room was clean, though a bit stuffy. Because our schedule was delayed, we politely asked the staff to extend the check‑out time by an hour, and they agreed. When we actually checked out, a mysterious fee of NTD 200 appeared, which the front desk had not mentioned beforehand. After we pointed this out, the manager demanded payment or threatened to call the police. To avoid conflict, we paid, but the manager refused to give his name or confirm the payment. Additionally, the hotel had removed the cushions from the chairs in the room, rendering them unusable. If you want a decent, memorable stay, think twice before booking.

When booking, we specified that we did not want an edge room on a low floor, yet we were given an edge room on a low floor. After asking, they said it was because we arrived too early and other rooms were still being cleaned. We only arrived at 4 pm. Was that really so early?

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the weekday rate was very reasonable. However, the weekday breakfast+ priced at 150 is actually a set menu that should have been advertised; I expected a buffet but was disappointed. The set only had hot soy milk and coffee, while the rest of the dishes were cold, and at that price there are better options nearby.
