The hotel gave us everything we needed for a layover, and it’s super close to the ADO bus station; the included breakfast—toast, scrambled eggs, beans, and coffee—was decent. The facilities could use more upkeep, and the glasses and mugs in the dining area were a bit dirty or old; we even found a few tiny insects in the bed. The breakfast coffee could really use an upgrade.

My location was the only thing I liked. Everything else was terrible: the room smelled because there were no windows, the door locked and unlocked like a prison every time, the bathroom was too small for me, there was no lobby to sit in, and the pool’s existence was unclear. The bathroom lacked shampoo, the water flow was weak, the soap was gritty and left my hair feeling like a rope. I stayed four nights and had to pay two evenings in advance, so I was forced to stay, then I moved to another nearby hotel that was cheap but perfect.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is centrally located, but over the four days no one came to clean or replace towels or toilet paper, maybe for security reasons.
