Nothing positive. The place is dirty, many things are broken, extremely loud, and renting something like this should be penalised.

Eh, nothing. We didn’t get into the room because the terminal had no battery left. It was very dirty, with used gum on the floor.

Nothing. The first night was okay, but the next two were the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. A crazy loud party in the room next to ours and outside our window, with very loud music and a screaming crowd. I couldn’t sleep at all. We called a guy at Turtles Hotel, and he told us to just tolerate the partying. We paid 4.136,55 for three nights, two of which were terrible, and he insisted we should just deal with it. We had to leave the hotel at 23.30 on the last night because it was an awful mess. We had nowhere to sleep, so we slept in our car at a parking lot, which was quiet. I also want to add that there were silverfish in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. There were no bedside lamps, no coffee maker that should have been there, no parking. When we came back the second evening around 21:00, the front door was open (instead of a code), so anyone could walk into the hotel. It was full of young people. We planned to have a light dinner in the kitchen, but it was full of people, even in the other areas that were available. On the last night it was the same. Lots of people everywhere, and they were pounding and hitting the wall into us. It was terribly unpleasant. Even though I called a guy and complained, nothing happened. We paid so much for this! The worst ever!

The beds were comfortable, which is probably the only positive thing to say. The door to the hotel room had a keypad lock, and the battery died in the morning, so we were locked out and couldn’t get into the rooms. Luckily we were dressed and had our mobile phones, so we could contact the staff, but it took a long time for someone to come and unlock it. The owner did not apologize in any way for the inconvenience or for us not being able to leave as planned. The service was bad. The hotel only had one toilet shared by all rooms, which meant poor accessibility.
