I have booked the Ac room in online but while we entered the property they are saying no ac rooms only ordinary room will be provided like that they are saying this is too uncomfortable to me while I went with my family.im so sad. The location was fine, but I couldn't stay because they said only non‑AC rooms were available, even though I had booked an AC room. They could have called me beforehand to let me know there was no AC; instead I learned only at check‑in, forcing me to either accept a non‑AC room or find another hotel, so I chose the latter.
