Cleaning and bathroom privacy were lacking.

The room was cozy with air‑conditioning, the bathroom was large relative to the room, located on the ground floor next to the reception. There was a coffee machine with a selection of coffee. The room was quiet, ideally positioned near the metro, with various restaurants and bistros nearby. What was missing was storage—no closet with shelves or drawers, no extra space to hang items or to fit suitcases, and there was no fridge.

The mattress was very comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, which let us experience accommodation right under those Parisian rooftops and peek at the Eiffel Tower. The location was convenient—close to a parking garage (€41/day), the metro, buses, a supermarket, shops, and Rue de Buci. The décor was nice. The price was good—reasonable for four people sharing one room, especially for a Monday stay. The shower needed proper cleaning and the toilet had empty products; there was no soap or shampoo. The hand shower worked, but the overhead showerhead was so clogged with limescale that the water fell like rain.

The location was good for going out to eat. The bathrooms were separate from the WC and a sink. The elevator was microscopic.
