The owners were friendly and welcoming, but the room was tiny with only an internal window.
A lovely couple runs this guest house in a perfect area of Hua Hin, close to night markets, the beach, the mall and Village Market restaurants. I stayed for 2 weeks and everything was very comfortable, and it was a great value. Highly recommended!
Very good, well‑placed.

There’s a language school downstairs, mainly for Thai women. If you’re up late, you might need to greet them.

The big plus was the location near the station and the evening market. The bed was good. The room was old and had many insects, especially in the bathroom.
