The location was the only good thing, but the overall experience was disappointing. Only two staff members seemed to run the whole place, which hurt the service quality. Dinner was tasteless and didn’t even meet basic expectations. The room had a hole in the bedsheet, showing poor housekeeping, and the washroom faucet was broken, adding to the inconvenience. The hotel needs major improvements in staffing, maintenance, cleanliness, and food quality; I wouldn’t recommend it until those issues are fixed.
