The beach is close. The pool is dirty, the room is small, and the cleaning is awful. I took pictures of the pool where all the air conditioners drip on it, and since the pool is at the entrance there's no privacy; the outside bathroom is all grimy, pigeons were eating at the breakfast table, I told the staff but nothing changed—really terrible, I won't return.

The only good thing is the location. At check‑in, the second part of the reservation was due, amounting to 360 Reais, which I paid with my credit card. When I checked the app I saw the amount was charged in euros, about 10 € more than when I booked. Very disappointed with this trick.

Being near the beaches is a plus. The old building needs maintenance; the sheet wasn't elastic and didn't fit the mattress, and the breakfast could be better.
