There were rabbits on the premises, the place is strategically well‑located and close to the trade fair, the food and breakfast range from good to very good, the rooms are practical and spacious enough, parking is available, and there is video surveillance. The staff are very friendly. Rooms on the ground floor are disturbed by noise from the floors above. The shower/toilet is a bit dated, and the restaurant has a cafeteria vibe.

The calmness, the staff at breakfast were very pleasant. The rooms are standard but comfortable. A plus is the garden with the rabbits. The reception staff were cold.

I was pleased with the proximity to the highway, but the restaurant was closed and I had to take a complicated bus ride to Parma, plus the toilet flush was broken.
