Ideal hotel for a one‑night stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, breakfast was good. Other guests made noise at night, so if you need sleep you’re out of luck.

“Nie polecam”

I was disappointed by the level of service and the lack of response from the hotel. On 15.09 I asked twice for a pro forma invoice needed to pay for the stay on 23‑24.09, and I also called the hotel twice, on 15.09 and 18.09. Despite messages and phone calls, I never received the document, any reply, or any feedback about my request. The hotel’s silence put me in a very awkward position. The trip was business, and as an employee I’m not required or authorized to pay for business accommodation from personal funds. That’s why I repeatedly asked well in advance for the document that would allow the company to pay. After four attempts and a clear request, I expected at least a response and instructions on how to make the payment. I cannot rate this business customer service positively. The problem was not my lack of contact; I reached out multiple times and early. I only expected a timely reply to a simple payment request.

Everything was completely satisfactory; room 5 was fully satisfying. Nothing to add.

The price was reasonable, the room was clean. Breakfast and espresso coffee were a plus, and the downstairs bar was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, and during that hot period the absence of air conditioning was noticeable.
