The hotel is very cute and newly built, but the cleanliness was terrible. Even in the room, the bathroom smelled bad and wasn’t clean enough to shower comfortably. Breakfast was awful; we had to wait 20 minutes just for a cup of coffee, and the food choices were minimal. The pool area was dirty, the sauna had a broken door and was inaccessible, and the shower water was extremely cold. At check‑in we waited about 10 minutes for the receptionist to come and check us in, and there was no ring button or anything. I hope they improve service in winter, but in summer the price was unjustified for what we got.

No air‑con, no heater (they have a heater but it’s not working). Everything happening in the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room. The sauna was 30 °C and very cold, the swimming pool area looked good only in pictures, and there was no air‑con or heater.

The staff weren’t that friendly. They didn’t tell you what’s not available when you book, only when you arrive. Cleaning staff entered the room daily but didn’t clean it—just arranged the bed sheets, didn’t replace them, didn’t replace towels, didn’t clean the toilet, and didn’t even dust or wipe.

The place is big and the staff are sweet. The place is dirty; I took the top‑floor suite and it’s the dirtiest. The suite feels itchy, the drapes are half‑up, you can’t close the curtains, and at night the curtains show through because they’re too big, so my wife had to wear a hijab 24 hours to avoid anyone seeing her. The bathroom smells awful, giving you a sickness from the bad odor. Breakfast in the pictures looks fine, but in reality it’s a mess. I swear, for the three days I was there, I wouldn’t go back for breakfast again. They served me two dishes, one of which was burnt, and the variety was poor. The buffet looked organized in photos, but in reality it was nothing.
