The spot is great, spotlessly clean and spacious, and super comfy.

A five‑minute walk from the station is really handy, letting me drop off souvenirs and take a breather before heading back out. The room was close to the entrance, so having just one door inside gave me peace of mind. Everyone on the staff greeted me with smiles, were friendly, and kept things moving. The tap in the bathroom had slightly weak water pressure, but the shower worked fine. The sensor light at the door turned on abruptly when I didn’t need it.

The location tops the list of positives. We stayed for three nights in September, and the hotel was near Kumano shrine, Ginza street, a church, and a farmers market. The place was very clean. At least three staff members were at the front desk. The handmade guide file for the area was very useful.

The staff always greeted us with smiles and handled everything politely, but the smell in the toilet and bathroom was off‑putting, and the breakfast could have used a few more items.
