The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful
The rooms could have been a bit larger, but overall, they were fine
However, I did notice that the room could have been cleaner, but that was a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay

“Over all good”
The staff are good, nice, and friendly, appearing competent and passionate about their work. There was a strange smell of old cigar or smoking, even though the hotel is smoke‑free today. Some floors are quite uneven, producing squeaky noises.
The walk to everything is short, and the breakfast is good. We reported a leaking toilet in our room, but they gave no feedback and the toilet kept leaking for three nights we were there.
Everything was great.

The room was much smaller than I expected, very tight, and all space was used. The staff and breakfast were very good, and the interaction was great. Unfortunately, the room’s size was still very small.
