The place was great and the staff were friendly. The facilities were super clean, even the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was sometimes unavailable because it was being used by rooms that had a private bathroom.

The terrace and free coffee were a lovely addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on where to eat. Perfect location.

Excellent location, just two minutes from Piazza San Marco. The staff were kind and helpful. The floor in the room was broken in some spots, the shower was not very clean, and there was no elevator—only a crumbling staircase to reach the building.
