Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The apartment was clean, modern and had a comfortable place to sit outside and enjoy the views and peace and quiet. We are a family of 4 and drove to the beach’s nearby each day. Very lovely friendly dog on site and kids enjoyed playing ping pong. Nothing

There is a private parking lot at the property, the grounds are well kept, and the view of the village is beautiful. However, it is quite far from civilization; without a car it will be a problem. It should be quiet, but there is construction nearby, uneven grass, and morning roosters. The single‑bed mattress has springs and a frame that are sticking out, and a proper table is missing both in the room and outside. The curtains do not block the morning sun, and there is a shortage of kitchen utensils.

The hosts are pleasant and the location offers a wonderful view; all facilities are in good order. The room lighting is very white, which makes it feel less cozy.

We stayed as a family from 3‑13 July 2026. Upon arrival, the owner, Iliya, greeted us, showed the accommodation and grounds, and explained everything. The apartment matches the description, is very clean and cozy, and has everything needed for comfortable living. The grounds are all green and well maintained. There is table tennis, billiards, a place to sit in the evening, and a barbecue area. The house is in a quiet, cozy spot 10 km from Batumi center. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Iliya was in touch every day, always offering advice and help, and he also shared his delicious homemade wine with us upon arrival 😋. I definitely recommend the hotel. If we return to Batumi, we will definitely come again. Thank you for the hospitality 😍. Everything was liked 😍.
