The staff and location were exceptional. Nothing else. The pool isn’t really suited for young people or families.

The location is good. The concierge service is terrible; they tell you the shuttle drops you at the beach but once you get there you still have to walk 20 minutes! They’re ineffective at restaurant reservations and make your life harder instead of easier. The beds are tiny or the feet even stick out when you’re small. The price doesn’t match a room with a reception (not a real hotel).

The staff is brilliant—available, professional, welcoming, efficient, and competent. The hotel’s location is excellent. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Towels and bathrobes are of great quality. The room has both a kettle for tea and an espresso machine. The bed was especially comfortable. The hotel is small but very elegant. The lady at reception was particularly kind. The view was beautiful over the little bay where occasionally a gorgeous peacock from the park next to the hotel would stroll by. Nothing to complain about.
