The staff were very friendly and eager to help.

The breakfast was awful; there were no eggs, even the "pericos" (with onion and tomato) were missing. The sink was clogged, the shower was terrible, the floor was old and faded, and the water wouldn’t flow. The soaps in the shower were empty, and the towels were awful—white but all torn. In short, I paid a high price for a stay that was far below what I expected, especially compared to other places in Cali that had better quality and availability.
