Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay - the room reeked of cigarette smoke and felt more like a noisy nightclub than a hotel. The air conditioning was weak, and we had zero privacy due to the loud conversations and shouting from the staff. To top it off, the parking garage was tiny and barely fit my car.

Our experience got off to a rocky start when we were mistakenly assigned to a lower-quality room. The staff seemed poorly trained, and the prices were exorbitant. To make matters worse, the breakfast was cold, and the juice was subpar.
