The building itself looks nice. The room was extremely tiny, maybe about 12 m². The bed was smaller than what was shown in the listing. It was very expensive for its size—150 000 Ft for two nights. I asked for a 1st‑floor room because of a recent surgery, but I didn’t get one. Any Genius discount?

I arrived expecting a warm welcome, but the manager's curt tone and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome, especially when I asked where the night entrance door was. After seven years here, I've never felt lost, yet the manager seemed to think the hotel was unsuitable for me. The staff's sour expressions were unsettling, and the hotel feels more suited for older guests; a more respectful approach and better luggage assistance would help those who value a pleasant stay.
