“Very good”
The hotel is great, very clean and comfortable; I would recommend it.
“Friendly staff, but the floor‑level mattress hurts.”
The people at the front desk were genuinely pleasant and always ready to help, and the hotel’s basic services worked fine. The biggest drawback was the bed – the mattress sat straight on the floor, which made for a restless night. Housekeeping did the job, just not spectacular, and the breakfast spread was thin, missing the usual cornflakes, toast and a few cheese options.
