“Muh me lo”
The hotel was terrible and the staff were rude, wasting my travel money and time. I have no words for the experience.

The pictures were misleading, the hotel was filthy, with leftover items from previous guests, bedsheets that smelled, dirty pillows that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and stains everywhere. The place was beyond dirty.

The property is the worst, with a terrible front‑desk manager. Book only if you want to pay Rs 500 more than the actual booking price. It’s on the outskirts amid slums, nothing like the pictures show. There was no water, no tea or coffee, and no one to carry your luggage. The front desk management was awful.

I stayed there and found nothing good; there was no water, no tea or coffee, and the front desk manager was rude, useless, and downright dumb. He tried to charge me ₹500 more than the listed price and then threatened me with a horrible stay.

The place was very good to stay, with comfortable toilets and the staff’s best approach. Thanks, Hotel Metro Club.
