The surroundings were very nice. Almost everything was missing, nobody was around, I got an email at the last minute with a code for another room, breakfast was included but initially not provided, the TV didn’t work, … in short, it looked nice but wasn’t, and if I hadn’t been so exhausted, I would have definitely looked for another place.

The room was very dated. The TV only worked with subscriptions like Netflix, and you had to enter your own code. A tangle of cords lay beside the bed, one without a plug, which was dangerous! €140.00 was far too much, €60.00 was more than enough, the owner had still been in the room and admitted many things were wrong, yet I still had to hand him €20.00 cash for the dog. No excuses. Never again. In the bathroom, the towels were very old, the shower door didn’t close properly so the whole bathroom got wet when showering. The duvet was also very dated. The heating didn’t work. At the so‑called desk there were two sockets that could have been used for a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker, but the laptop had no connection and the desk wasn’t lit.

Nothing! The B&B was not clean. Even the bedding was dirty, the towels were old and awful. I called the host, he said it was a wrong number. Then no response. I called another number and after telling the story he hung up! Worthless. I left and went to another hotel. I expected Booking to handle this.

The décor was nice. It wasn’t all equally clean. There was still a sponge with (shaved) hair on the sink and dust and (old) cobwebs here and there. The cup for coffee etc. wasn’t clean and the spoons were missing. It was also very noisy and not quiet during the hours it should have been, and people still arrived late.

The area is quiet and green. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was an unrenovated, musty smelling chamber that wasn’t very clean. For the price it was a sham. The garden has nice corners, but also a lot of junk. Breakfast is not worth its price. It’s better to buy breakfast at the nearby bakery and supermarket. Overall the B&B doesn’t live up to what it promises and is overpriced for what it offers. There’s also no information upon arrival. All organizational questions have to be painstakingly resolved via WhatsApp.
