The location was ideal. We just expected more for the price we paid. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable but not worth what we paid. We assume the high prices were due to WOW being on.

The location was spot on for us, but when I got there it felt a bit much—coming from a small town, city amenities were a lot to take in. The reception staff were incredibly patient, which helped a lot.
