Everything was spot‑on: homemade breakfast, a perfect and warm welcome, flawless equipment, and a great spot if you enjoy hiking.

Rod and Andrea were outstanding hosts who went the extra mile for two exhausted walkers – they pointed us to a good meal spot, gave us a very comfy, clean room, served a lovely breakfast, and then drove us to the starting point on the WHW the next morning. Tea and coffee were in the room, and toiletries were supplied.

The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. Rod, in particular, was a sweetheart who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and offered plenty of local recommendations. The B&B was a quick 10‑minute drive from the Green Welly Stop and had great food options nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. I’d recommend this place to anyone on the WHW route or driving around Scotland. The beds were comfy and each room had a private en‑suite.
