The location and comfort are good. The tall male receptionist had a bad attitude; he said you could book a car in the morning, but that wasn’t possible, so I had to download the app and lost a lot of time, and I was very nervous after reaching the airport 😓.

The hotel was tidy and only a short walk from the airport, which made it perfect for a quick layover. I only stayed one night and it fit the bill without any fuss.

The room was spotless and the décor was really nice, but I ran into trouble when I needed help because none of the staff spoke English and they seemed a bit curt. It was a pleasant space, just hard to communicate.

I couldn't get any assistance because the staff didn't speak English at all, which made things pretty frustrating. If you don't need any help, it's fine, but otherwise it's a hassle.
