The location was fine, but the place wasn’t very clean, the furniture had scratches, the room felt muggy with a faint odd smell, breakfast was cancelled because the oven broke, the room had dust and spider webs as if it hadn’t been used in a while, the hot‑tube jets barely seemed to be on, and paying 200 for one night felt a bit too much.

Breakfast was great, though scrambled eggs would have been better than the sunny‑side ones that got hard after sitting; people commented on that but otherwise everything was fine. The pool should be heated!

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was awesome, and I loved the bacon and the fresh citrus water. The hot‑tube jets could use a bit more power.

Breakfast is always very good and well appreciated, and the location was great for our trip to the Meadows to watch the horse racing.
