“Требуется один сезон работы для раскрытия потенциала отеля”
The hotel is beautiful and new, with great cocktails at the reception and bath sets in the rooms. It’s close to the sea, offers a variety of food, plenty of comforts and many interesting entertainments. Irfan, the chef, is very cool and all the cooks are nice and kind, making the food tasty. The biggest drawback was that when we arrived during the day, we asked about the “do not disturb” button, and it was still on when we were supposed to have the room cleaned. The room was cleaned in the evening, but our personal items were not put away because we thought we were safe with the button on. A broken handle in the bathroom was also a problem. Nobody spoke English, and they didn’t explain all the quirks. The loungers and seating were poorly maintained; people occupied them with towels from the morning and the staff did nothing. The pool bar was closed in season, and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to clear tables quickly, so we had to ask them to do it. A waitress moved food from one plate to another with her hands (not sure how clean they were) and took the plate she had moved without asking if we were finished, even though we weren’t. Other waiters approached other tables to ask what they wanted to drink and brought it, but no one ever came to our table, and it was hard to get utensils because they weren’t there when we arrived; we had to fetch them ourselves. When we returned towels, a staff member was rude. At the reception, they promised that new towels would be brought to the room daily, but after two days they forgot everything. There is no person who handles guest problems, no one who takes complaints seriously, and no one checks if cleaning is needed when the “do not disturb” mode is on.
