A short stroll from Lakeside, the location is spot on and the sunset over the lake is breathtakingly peaceful. The room felt snug and cozy, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I’d definitely return!

The place was filthy, with a nasty odor in the room and all common areas. Towels were old, gray, and disgusting, and there was no hot water. The owner seemed dishonest; we were charged a high price for a poor quality room while other guests apparently paid half. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The presence of many questionable guests (some I suspected were drug users) made it noisy and unpleasant. Public transport access is inconvenient, requiring two buses or a taxi. Overall, a very poor experience. I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

The hotel offers a nice view, but the steep hill climb is a bit tough and it’s about 10 minutes from the center. The owners don’t seem to care much about the hotel or guests. There was only one towel; when we requested another, it wasn’t really clean. We asked for hot water on arrival in the morning; they said yes, but there wasn’t any. We asked again, and they said in the evening, but still no hot water. They promised it would be ready in 45 minutes, but it never happened. If you don’t mind the lack of hot water, it has a beautiful view over the lake.

The location is perfect, just a 2‑minute walk from Lakeside Boulevard, and the staff are very friendly. The lake view is absolutely stunning, and there’s a spacious terrace to enjoy it from. All facilities are available—you can even do laundry there. We’d happily come back!
