The breakfast was simple, not many options, but it was good enough for us, so nothing to complain about. If we had wanted something different, the owners would have made the effort to get it for us. The only issue was that the owners didn’t speak much English; they were friendly, but the language barrier made full communication difficult. That’s partly on us for not trying to learn a little Italian beforehand.

There was a problem with the air conditioner, but even though it was late at night, the staff were available and switched us to another room, fixing the issue quickly. I would gladly return and highly recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a spacious shower, and check‑in was available until 21:00. The location was strategic for visiting nearby Modena and Reggio Emilia. There was a public parking lot in front with an electric car charging station, and the value for money was excellent. The only drawback was the lack of a fan in the non‑ventilated bathroom.
