The hotel's location is superb, the service is good, and the rooms are spacious.

“My place in Hanoi”
The boutique style was nice and clean, modern, with a good breakfast buffet and a great location; the staff were super friendly and helpful. I can’t think of any negatives, though a larger swimming pool would be nice.

Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Concierge, Reception snd Coffee Bar (chocolate hour) staff were great - very helpful. The location was good - very convenient for the old quarter. Chocolate hour - lovely treat. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent
