The scenery was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very quiet. The building and pool were gorgeous, and the surrounding views were stunning. The dining area felt empty and lacked atmosphere; the staff didn’t play music to create a better vibe. Small details matter. Also, communication in English was difficult because their English wasn’t very strong.

Die Möglichkeit eines vorzeitigen Checkins, der schön zubereitete Früchteteller zur Begrüßung, das Poolhandtuch am tollen und großen Pool, das überaus freundliche Personal und die phänomenale Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht - all das wird in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Bei keiner der anderen 15 Unterkünfte haben wir so lange auf das für 8 Uhr bestelllte Frühstück oder die für 19 Uhr bestellte Pizza warten müssen. Bier gab es nicht zur Pizza. Das hätten wir uns vorher an der 10m entfernten Bar besorgen müssen odet warten müssen, bis die Bar nach dem Essen wieder öffnete. Die für die Pizza Mediterrane Art angepriesenen Oliven fehlten vollständig und die Tomaten waren sehr sparsam. Das Restaurant hat also nicht überzeugt

The building is lovely and the location is beautiful; the pool is excellent. The top‑floor restaurant offers a stunning 360‑degree view. The bar still isn’t working even though the staff tried to help us. The hotel restaurant was hosting a noisy party and we were politely asked if we could leave the room and move to a function room downstairs.

The place is cool if you’re looking for privacy, tucked in the middle of a jungle with spectacular views. The pool is excellent and offers a great view. The staff, however, was not good. A party next to our room had very loud music around 1 pm. I told the manager about the noise, but the karaoke group didn’t lower the speaker; they moved it about 20 m away from the hotel, which didn’t help at all. I mentioned it again and was told they would finish at 3 pm, which they did, but the whole group then moved to the pool area with a smaller speaker, and about 10 locals were swimming and shouting loudly at the pool, which was supposed to be for hotel guests only. You expect privacy and quiet in the jungle, but you get a bunch of locals with a loud speaker and a manager who pretends to be nice but does nothing.
