The host is extraordinarily hospitable!
The place is super welcoming, run by a very helpful and kind person who is always ready to respond even at absurd hours; I was there for a work emergency so my times were unusual, but she was very present and kind. For breakfast, you normally pay, but since I was in a hurry I grabbed a snack and left, so she didn’t charge me, which was very fair. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfortable (talking about the room on the first right), and the shared bathroom is always tidy. The house is very hospitable, the table is set with a variety of breakfast foods, and there’s more fresh stuff in the fridge as she explained. In the evening, when I entered, I noticed a book written by previous guests; I would have loved to read it and add my experience, but I was in a rush, so I’ll do it next time I’m in Bologna. If I need to stay nearby again, I’ll definitely ask if it’s available. Thanks a lot, Andrea.

Ilaria shows incredible interest in her guests as soon as you step onto the airport in Bologna; she will tell you how to get to the apartment, suggest sights, shops, and local flavors. The first thing you notice in the apartment is the scent of cleanliness, a large living room with a kitchen that has all the conveniences for a great breakfast, which offers many options, a clean bathroom, big rooms, and bright lighting—value for money 100%. The only downside might be adding eggs to the breakfast to complete the experience.

The place is in a great location! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. We felt very comfortable, and a bonus was that we could leave our luggage at the accommodation after check‑out, so we didn’t have to carry it all day because our flight left late at night. I would gladly recommend it! :)
