“Amazing breakfast! Lovely view in a comfy room!”

The room, view, breakfast, and lounge access were excellent. The glass door to the WC and its closeness to the sleeping area felt a bit odd; a little more privacy would have made our room even better. We had lounge access during our stay, but the snacks had been sitting there for a while and weren’t replenished during the last three hours the lounge was open. When you’re paying for the access and complimentary offerings, you would expect the selection to be tended to and fresh. The staff also began cleaning and dismantling the lounge area 45 minutes before it closed, which made us feel rushed out or that our welcome wasn’t for the full time. If you’re going to offer lounge access until 8 pm, do it properly with a welcoming, adequate offering for guests who have paid for the experience.

“Buena pero descanso regular”

I loved the location and the hotel itself was pretty. If we’d been placed in a room farther from the elevators, it would have been perfect. We ended up in a room right next to the elevators (which move super fast) and the noise was huge at night; at first I thought it was a train on rails, but then I realized it was the elevators.
