The location worked well for me, but the front desk clerk was incompetent: she only assigned one of my two rooms, leaving both locked without a phone call to resolve it. My family in one room was locked out an hour before I arrived, and when I got back to the hotel I was locked out as well.

The staff were nice, but the rooms had a strong odor. We asked for a room change, and the front desk lady was very helpful, but the new room also smelled bad. We tried adding perfume and opening the window, but it didn’t improve the situation.
