The facilities are clean and comfortable, but there was a lack of communication between the app and the hotel because the listed prices didn’t sync.
The location. The rooms are super small, I paid for a room with reduced mobility and they gave me a normal super small one.
“Sin palabras”
Nothing good, everything bad, and the area feels very unsafe.
The service was very good. The shower was clogged, the bathroom and room dirty, full of hair just like the linens. Gross cleaning.

The staff were helpful, but when I called to confirm that the hotel was close to the Universidad de Medellín theatre, they said yes, and it turned out to be far away; this place feels like a truck stop.
