Even though I was only there for a single day, the experience turned out to be fantastic. Fabiana and Igor greeted me so warmly that the place felt instantly cozy and inviting. The service was flawless, so I’m definitely planning to come back.

The staff at the front desk were friendly enough, but I was horrified to find a cockroach and a lizard crawling into my room. The whole place seemed dirty, and the beds, pillows and linens were far from comfortable.

The team was excellent and made my family feel right at home – we’d definitely stay again. The location is spot‑on, everything is close by and the view from the room is great.
