Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful manager and staff. The room was very clean, housekeeping did a great job. The air conditioning and fan options work well to keep a pleasant temperature at night, especially with Penang’s heat. For a reasonable budget, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good value for money. The room is a bit old but the location was perfect. The street noise was a drawback.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the 24/7 reception was always staffed and the team was incredibly helpful, which was a big plus given the hotel's very central location. However, I do want to caution travelers with large or heavy luggage - the steep stairs to the first and second floors can be a challenge. Additionally, we had to ask for an extra blanket as the existing bed cover wasn't particularly inviting.

I only have good things to say about the location of this hotel - it's absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share about my stay.
