They upgraded my room for free. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, they arranged delivery. The service feels more geared toward locals than foreigners. The hostel is on the sixth floor, and the elevator requires a key, so initially we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the sixth floor.

The hotel sits near the town center and the metro, the rooms are tidy and worth the money, and the owner was helpful and decent 😌

The place is very clean and quiet, the reception is exceptional, and the hotel is in an ideal spot, close to the metro and all shops, right in the heart of Cairo; the welcome is excellent and the service flawless.
