The staff were very considerate; when they saw we had an elder traveling with us they upgraded our room and placed us in an apartment on the ground floor near the parking lot.

The indoor space was large, comfortable, and new—an excellent accommodation environment. There were almost none.
“Comfortable spacious clean place to stay in prime convenient location”
The place was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances needed. The balcony was nice, and the resort area and amenities were great. The location was close to many restaurants, convenience stores, markets, Olive Young, and Daiso. It was a five‑minute drive to one of the falls and within 15 minutes to many beautiful nature sites. The onsite staff were extremely responsive, providing fresh towels and drinking water daily, and it was convenient to have a front desk to ask questions. Overall, a great place for a family of four with plenty of space. I would stay here again. The downsides were that a few areas of floor tile had crumbling plaster/grout, as did the shower faucets in the master bath—using indoor slippers helped. We also saw a huge insect in the closet, but it’s Jeju, so … We could not use the dishwasher or the jets in the master bathtub, and laundry detergent and body lotion were not available, so bring them.
