The location is quiet, very clean, and the breakfast and dinner are excellent, with friendly staff.

I was blown away by the overall comfort program here, everything felt like a cozy haven. The staff were spotless no matter where you were in the building, and the breakfast was simply amazing—those scrambled eggs are the best in all of FRANZENSBAD. Having stayed at 12 different places in Franzensbad, I can honestly say the food and value are top. The wellness area with sauna, pool, whirlpool, and the garden in summer is fantastic. Huge thanks to the front desk team for being so friendly, helpful, and doing everything possible to keep guests happy. The rooms are huge, cozy, smell great, and the beds and pillows are top‑tier. The only downside was that we had to keep driving back home.
