The experience was truly bad. We booked a room months in advance and when we arrived at 1:00am (after the host assured us there would be no problem with entry) we couldn’t get in. The door was locked, they didn’t answer the phone, and after insisting for 1 h 30 min they finally replied on WhatsApp that they had no room and that it was a mistake. We had already paid and had conversations via Booking. They don’t manage reservations properly and the only thing you can expect is a big surprise upon arrival, not a good one. We ended up on the street that night. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
