I love the staff, the cleanliness, the modern design, the issue was the tv was blacked out and when we called for assistance they didn’t offer a solution they said maybe there was a technical issue. The actual remote wouldn’t adjust the color and the tv wasn’t viewable. It made for a weird and quiet evening in the room. Someone able to address the issue with the television promptly and instead of not caring . This was an inconvenience, as we were traveling for a medical visit and needed a distraction
