Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Ottima posizione Stanza ampia e confortevole Ottima pulizia. Il fatto di aver scoperto solo dopo la prenotazione, in fase di istruzioni, di essere al terzo piano senza possibilità di usare l'ascensore poiché "privato" (che è assurdo visto che l'ascensore è condominiale)

The location was good and the rooms had a lot of potential, but the overall upkeep left something to be desired. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool during the heatwave. The mattress was terrible; my dad had to sleep on the floor because it caused back pain. We could barely use the elevator. The shower drain was clogged, so water took too long to clear. In the kitchen there was only one spoon and no toaster. When we asked for an iron on day two, we only received a thumbs‑up on WhatsApp and never got it. The toilet had dirty stains, indicating poor maintenance, and the fridge was full of ice buildup. We shared a single key. A small welcome kit in the bathroom with soap, body lotion, or a bottle of water on the room table would have made a difference. There was only one blanket on the bed and a duvet in the wardrobe, so more blankets would have helped.

The property management only responded in Italian, so I couldn’t understand anything; the instructions were unclear and the translator provided inadequate translations. After checking out, I received messages in English asking me to pay. If they had informed me earlier, I would have happily paid in cash, but I can’t pay via IBAN because of citizenship restrictions, and the amount of 24 EUR wasn’t clarified either.

The staff were very attentive on WhatsApp and the room was lovely. The elevator didn’t work, so we had to walk up and down four floors.
