The spot is spot on, right in front of the waterfront; just a few meters from the hotel you hit a bus stop that takes you straight to Saltos del Petrohué and the lake. The staff were super attentive, and our room was cozy and roomy. Everything was pretty and comfortable.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was tasty, and the gardens were lovely. Nothing else to add.

The breakfast was good. The place was far from the center, and on the front side there were buildings blocking the waterfront walk. The building itself is very old, the shower leaked, and the nightly rate was too high for what it offered.

Location was fine. The cabin was dirty on the first day; they left damp wood, and we had a horrible night in the cold. On the second day they were more concerned, but they didn’t provide matches or anything similar to light the fire in the morning.
