The owner was responsive; we had to book and check in late and received a reply within 15 minutes. Very convenient and clean. The owner was extremely helpful. I would recommend.

Very central and clean. The rooms are comfortable with private bathrooms on each floor. It has a kitchen, a capsule coffee machine, and a fridge. The people in the rooms below made a lot of noise during the early morning, but the property is not at fault.

We loved the location and the place was spotless; downstairs we had a kitchen stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and various mini milk cartons. Each room had its own entry code, which was great. The famous Sunday market, El Rastro, is on the same street and visible from the window. We didn’t realize the rooms weren’t on separate floors, thinking there would be a door per floor, but the codes worked fine and we were comfortable.

The spot was convenient and the staff were awesome. It felt a bit awkward that there are cameras in the common areas, and the automatic hallway lights on the first floor are annoying when you’re up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

The place was clean, fresh, in a great location, and check‑in was easy. Our family was given an entire floor with a private bathroom. The host sent us information before we arrived and responded quickly. There was no breakfast.
