The staff were friendly and corrected the room and the places. As a Jew we had no conflict with the Arab leaders. If we had any questions, they were ready to help.

I can't explain how amazing my time at this hotel was; I will definitely return. The location is great, the owner runs a restaurant with delicious food, and the hospitality was awesome. He also offers incredible tourism services, taking me to every site in the area. He brought me to Bethlehem, where Jesus was born, to Nazareth where Jesus lived, and to the house of the Virgin Mary. If you want a top‑class tour guide, this gentleman is the one to choose, and his name is Kasim.

The hotel sits on a busy street with many shops, and it’s only about half a block from Herod’s Gate, the northern entrance to the Old City. Almost all the shops are open on Saturday, unlike the western part of the city where almost nothing is open.

The location is good, not far from the Old City. The only issue might be that power outages happened at the start of the night.
